Introduction

Welcome to Google Review Plus, a Shopify app developed by Entangle. By installing and using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these Terms of Service carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Google Review Plus, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

Google Review Plus is a Shopify app designed to help Shopify store owners to display Google Reviews and also collect customer reviews by sending automated email requests to their customers. We use Mailgun as a third-party service provider to send these emails.

3. Account Registration

To use Google Review Plus, you must have a valid Shopify account and install the app from the Shopify App Store. By installing the app, you grant us permission to access your Shopify account information and to use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Use of the Service

• Authorized Use: You may use Google Review Plus to send email requests for reviews to your customers on your behalf. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our app.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the app to send unsolicited emails (spam) or for any unlawful or harmful purposes. Any misuse of the service may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

5. Data Handling

• Customer Data: By using Google Review Plus, you authorize us to collect, store, and process the email addresses of your customers solely for the purpose of sending review requests.
• Third-Party Services: We use Mailgun to send emails on your behalf. By using our app, you agree to Mailgun’s terms of service and privacy policy.

6. Fees and Payment

Google Review Plus may offer both free and paid versions of the app. Fees for the paid version will be clearly outlined during the installation process. By subscribing to the paid version, you agree to pay the associated fees.

7. Termination

• Termination by User: You may uninstall Google Review Plus from your Shopify account at any time. Upon uninstallation, we will cease to access your store’s data and stop sending emails on your behalf.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Google Review Plus if you violate these Terms or engage in any unauthorized or harmful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Google Review Plus and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Google Review Plus, its developers, affiliates, and service providers, including Mailgun, from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our app page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the app after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
